Emergency Support

Emergency support is intended for true emergencies in which a problem with the system is creating impactful business interruptions at the point-of-sale.

The following calls would be considered an emergency: if system is offline or un-operational; if a customer or invoice is locked; a user is unable to login to the system. The following calls would not be considered an emergency: if a user forgot their login password; if the local internet is down; if the daily deposit or daily store closing was posted incorrectly; running aging or statements.

Misuse of the emergency support line is subject to ancillary charges.
