If you’re a HITS customer with an active AMI integration, you may receive requests from dealerships asking to be added to the AMI portal. You have the ability to add these dealerships directly within HITS by following the steps below:

Steps to Add a Dealership in HITS:

First navigate to: Views > Administration & Utilities > Integrators > AMI Dealer Mappings

1.) Click the Add button.

2.) In the Dealer field, enter the Dealer Number provided by the dealership.

3.) In the Customer # field, select the Customer Account this dealer should be mapped to.

4.) Click Save to complete the mapping.
