HITS can be configured to display a background image on your Quote, Work Order, and Invoice forms. Each form type supports its own unique image, giving you the flexibility to use distinct designs for Quotes, Work Orders, and Invoices – or a single image across all three.
Background images are a great way to incorporate branding and marketing content directly onto your printed tickets. These images also carry over to any tickets emailed from the system.
HITS supports two form layouts: the Long Form and the Standard Form. Examples and order forms are available below.
Every new account includes a complimentary set of background images – one for each form type. We want to make sure your forms look great from day one.
Should you require changes to your background images after the initial set has been delivered, revision requests are subject to review and may incur additional charges. Our team will notify you of any applicable fees before work begins, so there are never any surprises.
When charges apply, HITS partners with a professional graphics contractor to design and update your background images. A $65 minimum applies to all revision requests, with work billed at $125/hour beyond that.

Standard Invoice Form:
The STANDARD Form is used primarily by commercial / wholesale tire dealers mainly for its flexibility on printing “product” related data.
PROS: Can optionally print “Product” related data, Supports Multiple Ship-To Addresses, More room for marketing.
CONS: Less line items per page, Does not contain some new “retail” based print options.

Long Invoice Form:
The LONG Form is used primary by retailers for the main purpose of fitting more line items on a single page.
PROS: More line items on page, Does not show Shop Supplies as a line item, Subtotals Discounts, Prints Flag Time as Labor Time, Optimized for Digital Signature Capture (prints on bottom of page). Displays better on Mobile Device.
CONS: Smaller Header area for logo. Does not contain some of the product information fields (BIN#, Ply, Weight, etc.)
