To Update Dealer Sellout Customer Lists

1. Log into HITS Digital
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on Edit beside Programs: Customer Lists

1. Find the Customer List you would like to add or delete customers from and click Edit
2. Click on Download

1. Open this file (usually found in your Downloads folder if you don’t get the option to open the downloaded file automatically
2. Make your edits and save the file under the same name. The file type should be CSV. Example: GT SMART Customer List.csv

To Upload Your Edited Dealer Sellout Customer List

1. Log into HITS Digital
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on Edit beside Programs: Customer Lists

1. Find the Customer List you would like update and click Edit
2. Click on Choose File and find/select your updated spreadsheet
3. Click on Upload to upload the edited spreadsheet

1. You can verify that the upload is the updated sheet by comparing the number of rows on your updated sheet with the Number Of Records.
2. Click Submit at the bottom.
