Void Code Setup

1. Click on Views –> Administration & Utilities

2. Click on Inventory –> Inventory Add/Edit/Delete

3. Void codes must start with VOID- then add a descriptive word or code. For example, VOID-CANCEL

4. Use the Size & Description fields for the Void Reason Description

5. In the MFG code field, put the MFG code = ZVD

6. In the Style field, select what action you want HITS to take regarding the line items on the voided ticket (i.e., Comment Void, Decline Voided or Delete Voided)

7. Save your changes and then log out and log back into HITS to see the new Void code display as expected on the Void options list:
