HITS Digital Premium (Dashboard + Analytics +  2-Way Texting + DVI + Customer Care)

2-Way Texting:

You can use 2-way texting to communicate with your customers as well as send images. Once activated, you will notice a Text Customer button from within HITS allowing you to initiate the o out message which will begin a chat with your customer.

With this feature you also would have the Team Chat which would allow you to communicate with your staff whether that be a “Group Chat” or a “Single Chat”. This could be useful for your team members to chat with Store Managers as well as your shop’s technicians having the ability to text your front-counter staff with questions or retrieve important information about a customer’s vehicle.

This feature is a paid add-on feature as it uses a data provider called Twilio. Twilio allows you to set up a toll-free number for texting your customers. Digital Vehicle Inspection:

Digital Vehicle Inspections allow technicians to share photos and videos of vehicle conditions directly with customers, providing full transparency into recommended services and enabling faster approvals.
